- Upload the recipient file
- Select the sending time (Now or Schedule a time)
- Click submit and click accept & submit at the pop out tnc page
- IMS only dupport the file type (csv/excel/txt)
- Phone numbers should start from the 2nd row of the file
- Maximum 10MB and 5000 recipent

- Check whether the number format is correct (whether the area code is added).
- Please contact customer service to adjust your account if there is no problem with the number.
- Whether the sending is successful.
- Whether the link is valid (whether it can be opened in the network environment of the destination country).
- Whether the number is valid.
- Whether the sending time is a normal activity time in the destination country.
- The price charges for credit is depand on the volumn of sending sms
- For the sms charges per credit will show at the route display name
- Only the successful sent number will be charges, if fail send will return the credit
- For English characters are split based on 160 words to calculate the number of an SMS
- The chinese character and symbols are not allowed
